Evenity (romosozumab-aqqg) is an FDA-approved biologic medication used to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at high risk for fractures. Evenity increases bone formation and decreases bone resorption, helping to strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures. Evenity is an injection and not an IV infusion.
