Financial Resources for Patients

Our Patient Assistance Team will work directly with you and your insurance provider to ensure you receive the maximum coverage for your treatment. We can also help identify and connect you with financial assistance programs, grants, or payment plans to make your care affordable.
Our process for your infusion therapy care
Healthcare Provider and Physician Referrals
Your doctor or healthcare provider may refer you to Infusion Specialists for home or on-site infusion therapy. Just like any prescription, your insurance coverage will need to be verified. Fortunately, a team of experienced reimbursement specialists will handle the process for you, ensuring a smooth transition to care.
Your Infusion Specialist Patient Experience Coordinator
A patient experience coordinator will reach out to review your insurance coverage and confirm your details. They’ll walk you through the insurance authorization process and then contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits and secure authorization for your treatment.
Partnering with You and Your Insurance Provider
Once your insurance authorization is complete, our patient experience team will review your benefits with you, outlining any copays or out-of-pocket costs. Infusion Specialists will bill your insurance directly and provide secure online options to help you manage any financial responsibilities.
Our commitment is to find the most cost-effective solution for your infusion therapy. We work with manufacturer co-pay assistance programs and, as an in-network provider, strive to reduce therapy costs for our patients.
